Last night was insane, Fran and I had bought tickets to see Hadouken! live in Birmingham a few days ago as a last minute thing, both of us gagging for some live music. They were epic live, really good and I was impressed that they played all of my favourite songs (most of which is their older material) and it was just non stop bouncing. Ah I would so see them again! :)
Casually just bought tickets to see Hadouken in 5 days time, with Fran. Always liked their stuff but never got around to seeing them so we're jumping at the chance. Roll on Tuesday!
Just a handful of the pictures I took of Lostprophets at their final gig of the tour in Newport on Wednesday evening. I had the best time. They're one of my all time favourite bands and have been for many years now but unfortunately, I've never managed to catch them live before now which makes me so grateful to have seen them in their home country of Wales and in a small venue. I think bands always play better in their hometowns/home countries. I love that they played songs from every album they have instead of just playing their recent ones. Ahhhh <3
AHHHHHH. I have literally just bought my brother and I, tickets to see Lostprophets live, next week! I can't wait. It's finally happening, I'll get to see them live for the first time after years of waiting to and missing them. YAY!
So as I mentioned below, I went to see Lady Gaga live on her Born This Way Ball tour on Saturday in London where she played at Twickenham Stadium. She is one of the most phenomal artists I have ever had a chance to see live and I won't ever hesitate in agreeing to see her again, I wish I could go to another concert on this tour! Sadly though, due to Twickenham Stadium's restrictions, she couldn't perform 3 songs; Alejandro, Americano and Poker Face - 3 songs I would have loved to have seen her perform. Anyhow, Claire and I barely queued for the concert, doors opened at 4.30pm and we only arrived at around 4.00pm but we still managed to end up really close and have an amazng view of the whole show. Lady Starlight was honestly the most boring thing I'd ever seen as a support act and I didn't really understand what she was supposed to be doing but The Darkness were really great, I've loved them for a long time but I never got a chance to see them live before they disappeared for a long while.
I can't wait to see Gaga again some day!

In a couple of weeks time, I'll be back in London to see Sara as we'll be heading I Capital FM's Summertime Ball at Wembley stadium. We'll get to the likes of Colplay, Jessie J, Katy Perry, Flo Rida, Pitbull, Ed Sheeran and more, live! I'm very excited.
So I know it's like 4am as I'm blogging this but I got back home to Pey's house a few hours ago after seeing Black Veil Brides live at Brixton Academy with support acts - Reckless Love & D.R.U.G.S. We had such a good view of the entire show, standing near the back of the crowd really. I'm in London for a couple more days, tomorrow is an exciting day coming up!
Lady Gaga performing her new single 'Marry The Night' at the MTV Europe Music Awards a couple of weeks ago, she was the only artist I managed to record and actually had intention of recording. Enjoy! :)
I was lucky enough to be given a set list from Rihanna's show by a lovely lady that I didn't know, on the underground on the way 'home' from the concert! :)
This is my recording of The Pretty Reckless performing 'Factory Girl' @ London's Shepard's Bush Empire 16.12.2010. They're so unbelievably good live although in this recording she does go a little flat at some point but that's expected I suppose. Gutted that they didn't perform 'Goin' Down' though :(
