I don't have much to write here these days, I get so caught up in going somewhere, seeing friends or working that I genuinely forget how long has passed since my last blog post. I'm going to try and be better at it again from now on. Yesterday I spent the day with Fran and we did a photo shoot and I'm happy with how the photos turned out, they barely needed any editing at all. I have a fair few things coming up this summer - just the way I like it! :)

Spent the weekend out of the house and spent some time with my lovely Lucy, seeing as I hadn't seen her since NYE. That's mad. Anyway we planned on going out to celebrate Wales' great rugby win against England and also because they won the over all for the Six Nations but we got caught in an unexpected snow storm, got some munch and drifted off watching a movie, far earlier than expected. Haha. As for yesterday, I hit the shops with my ex and had a nice time out :)

Stripes But No Stars

A good few weeks ago, I bought a black and white stripy blazer that I found on sale in Primark (it was a real bargain, literally only £3!). In fact it may have even been before Christmas that I bought it but due to the horrific cold spell of weather that doesn't seem to be letting up, I decided to pair it up with my black dress that I'm oh so fond of and pumps.

There's nothing much to blog about at the moment, the weather is still cold and when it's like that outside, I become a hermit and don't get up to a lot besides working, popping to see people and playing on my PS3, so I hearby supply you with a new picture of myself. Yes, I got glasses recently, something I should have sorted out months ago but hey ho, geeky me.

New Look had a huge shoe sale on today and having had a gift card for christmas from a relative, I sure did make good use of it when I popped into town, nabbing myself 3 pairs of heels for £5 each. Bargin!

Snow Day

Woke up again today to so much snow, enough to actually get snowed in. We couldn't get the car out of the drive, we just skid and got nowhere so it meant a day at home.
I made the most of the snow earlier by venturing out into it, resulting in falling onto my backside, which now hurts quite a bit. Oh I love snow!!
Enjoy it while it lasts!

I'm currently in London and last night, Sammie, Kirsty and I went to the theatre (I've never been before!) and we went to see the new musical 'Viva Forever', based on the songs of the Spice Girls which was so so good! Now tonight is a meal for her birthday.

I haven't seen my friend Fran in so long, long enough to not actually remember how long it's been, possibly nearly 2 years? I'm not sure. Anyway, we decided that over the Christmas holidays, we WOULD meet up and today we did! We just hung out for a couple of hours in town, invading the book shops and walking away with a fair few free ones :)
It was good to hang out again.

Last night I went to the movies to see this and I honestly have to say, it's one of the best chick flick comedies and movies I've seen in a long time. I can't wait for it to come out on DVD!

Merry Christmas to all of you that celebrate today! I won't be celebrating until tomorrow, today was my last day at work before I now have a week off. This evening was filled with watching The Lady and the Tramp, A Christmas Carol, Viva Forever (about the spice girls musical that has now just opened) and Mrs Brown's boys - perfect!
