Last Night

Hai! Late post but I've been super busy all day, I've been getting a train to London, getting the tube - which was that bad at all like everyone had told me due to a strike - and then buses. We went shopping in Oxford Street, Denise, Sofia & I. I showed Sofia the delights of Primark haha. After shopping, we had some food and went to the venue where we met up with Claire and before that, we met Alice at Westfield before going into the Adam Lambert concert :) it was awesome even with the obvious technical issues. Was so good to see everyone again but bed now because I'm sick. Goodnight! Xx

Finally, the weekend is here again and I couldn't be happier, I've just finished work so now I get to rest and sit in the warm rather than entering the minus temperatures outside. I don't remember the last time the UK got this cold and got snow as early as November, it usually happens after late December or January if anything. Yesterday it snowed non stop from 11am - 4pm and by the looks of it, we had some more through out the night too! I have no plans for the weekend as I'm getting sick and will be in the cold a lot next week anyway, so have a lovely Saturday! ♥

This is some of the nail art I did for a client today, she was going to a 'stars & stripes' themed party tonight so I did the American flag on her finger nails for her. Right hand with blue nail polish and little silver rhinestones for the stars effect and on the other, a base of white nail polish from Stargazer with red stripes using a nail art pen.

Evening!
Work was so busy today, I do love it when it's busy. I went to bed with the feeling of a sore throat coming last night and this morning I woke with the very same feeling only a fraction worse, then I proceeded to throw up my medication, not such a good idea as I couldn't take more. My stomach feels a little tender at the moment but oh well, life goes on as they say. I have so many things to send this weekend, Christmas cards and Christmas gifts to get sorted to beat the Christmas rush! Getting way ahead of myself for once!
Anyway, I should probably be getting on with coursework for college and resting a little, have a nice evening all!

Monday..
Mondays... I hate them. Tomorrow I have college again and as I write this post, I am currently doing college work, I've pushed one half aside for now because it is just stressing me out so I'm continuing with my portfolio in order to get one section completed! Yesterday I went to Cardiff on a Christmas shopping trip and unlike usual, I managed to tick most things from my list along with treating myself to a new lipstick (in the post below) and a new nail varnish that Sara told me about :D Should probably begin to make dinner now!

Today has been awful, not the entire day though, this morning was absolutely fine. I was due to have my theory driving test today which costs £31 to take it each time, £31 which I have now lost out on because they won't refund me. Basically, I got there, all prepared to take the exam and just try to pass it first time but I didn't even get to take it, I got to the test centre and they turned me away because I didn't take the piece of paper that comes with your provisional license, with me to the centre but in all fairness, I wasn't told to bring anything but the actual license and my passport. After that my nan argued with me and we had a massive fall out. Urgh. Not a good day at all. I can't afford to take the test again for a while now, it's made everything so fustrating!!

Blogging from my wonderful blackberry again! I'm at college right now, currently sitting on my lunch break alone because Cassie is not here today, she at home due to sickness. I got my exam results back just before we were let on lunch and I'm so happy that I passed it!! I only got one question wrong, I was asked to re-answer it but verbally and now I have 100%! So happy that I don't have to re-sit it :D Hope you're all having a good day so far! <3

Morning, afternoon & evening, see, it applies to you all :)
Work was slightly hellish today, I just wasn't in the mood for it at all and I was super tired. Last night was one of the worst nights sleep that I have had in a long time, I must have woken up around 8 times before I had to wake for work, not good when you've got work the next morning. I'm not going out tonight, though I was half planning to do so with a couple of friends. Maybe another time though. The weekend will basically include studying for an exam that I have next week in college, not too sure if I have 2 exams or one... Hmm.. This time today last week, I was in Madrid waiting outside of The Western Palace hotel with my friends to get a glimpse of Eva Longoria and where we met the cast of Jackass but before that we were checking out the city of Madrid, its sights and shops. A week has passed by so fast :( My next trip simply cannot come fast enough!

I've been browsing through the new Avon book today. It's actually terrible and so tempting now that Emma is an Avon rep at work. Each time there's a new catalogue, I'm there looking at what to buy next and you can guarantee that there will be something. Today I placed a new order for 2 new necklaces, I've only included a picture of one of them as the other one I ordered doesn't appear to be on the Avon website :/ The heart is actually a locket :) What do you think of it?

Today has been extremely boring, I've had nothing to do today at all, literally nothing apart from laze around the house in my pyjamas all day. I know, I know, how lazy of me. I was supposed to have a driving lesson today but the dude screwed it all up, before I went to Madrid, I booked to have a lesson with him but he clearly didn't put it in his diary, therefore I missed out on another driving lesson. Ugh. Tomorrow it's back to work after my trip away, kinda looking forward to it, strangely enough. I'll be blogging some more photos from Madrid over the coming days so stayed tuned! For now, I am heading to bed where I'll watch a movie or something :)

MONDAY - LEAVING
Hello!
Today was our last day in Madrid and we spent it in the center of Madrid along with Kim at the airport, was good to see her on this trip, just wish the rest of the Paris crew could have been with us too. Yesterday we went to the MTV EMA concert where we saw Linkin Park rehearse before the concert started. 30 seconds to mars were the first to perform, with a surprise guest who was Kanye West!!! After them it was Katy Perry who was enjoyable even though I'm not a big fan and then last up was Linkin Park again... They are too good for words!! They also got given the award for Best Live Act too, I totally see why they won, I'd definitely see them live again. Our flight was delayed by nearly 3 hours so arrived at London Stansted at 9pm instead of 6pm :/ sucks. Currently blogging to you all fromthe car on the way home, college tomorrow! MADRID DAY 1
Blogging from my phone guys, now that I'm finally connected to the WiFi with my phone haha. Okay so, today we explored Madrid, went to the palace ect.. Before finding out some hotels that had celebrities staying. Kimi, Lenka, Fran and I went to one hotel and met the cast of Jackass, Eva Longoria and some speanish bands... After that, Fran and I wandered off to another hotel with friends where we then met Dima Bilan!! All photos will come after when I have arrived home, possibly Tuesday! It doesn't feel like winter here, it's so warm! Bedtime now, more tomorrow!! Xoxo

Feeling pretty sick at the moment, maybe it's due to excitement and nerves? I don't know but as of now I am trying to pack my things, though the internet is distracting me from doing so... As always ;) I've just been sat (with mom) turning a pair of my old jeans into a skirt. They had a rip in the leg but I couldn't bare to throw them away, they're too pretty so now they're a skirt! :D Just thought I'd give you a quick update, I'm shattered.

I'm at college today and I have a pretty important exam to get though, the one I was talking about a few posts back where I mentioned that I have to get 70% or higher to pass it. I can't say that I'm not nervous about it because I am, I don't wanna be one of the girls that has to re sit the exam just to pass it. Long day ahead of me. Bluh.
