Hayley Williams from Paramore. As much as I find the skirt a little strange, it absoloutely fits with what she's wearing on the rest of her body. I've always been a fan and after I previously said that Katy Perry wore the best outfit on the red carpet, I must say, that I think Hayley wore the second best outfit there on that night. She's looking absoloutely beautiful these days. One of my musical idols :D
