I finally have a new header, all thanks to my lovely Jeanette, who actually made it for me on a whim last night. She was so quick at making it too! So thank you to her <3 What do you guys think or it though? I personally love it, especially the disco ball ;)
I'm home! My legs are aching a little, but I think that's from walking just under 1 mile home to my friend Fliss's house without my heels on lol, oh well. Anyway, I had a really good night with Fliss, we went out about 8pm, and started off with the pubs, which wasn't so bad until we walked into Saxty's and it was packed with men and like only 2 other women there.. Way older than we were too! But we had a few beers (I know, how ladylike lol), I stuck to Budwiser.. yummyyyyy. We then ventured onto Play (nightclub) and well.. because we drank so much before, we were a little short on money, but the vodka shots were by far the best drinks of the night. We both danced non stop from 11pm until 2.30am, got dancing with a bunch of guys that were celebrating one of guys birthday or something, I dunno, I never asked them XD I just danced! I'm waiting for the nightclub to upload some of the pictures they took of us with the guys, so until then, um, you'll have to put up with my photos that aren't so amazing ;)

I've been a fan since I found out about them around 2003/2004 (they originally started in 2000, 9 whole years), before the days of me liking Tokio Hotel lol ;) Anyway, I still need to hurry and buy their album 'Uncle B' as they have a new one out this year apparently! Well, I'm back home in the UK now, I got sent home by the family last night and neither my British agent and German agent seem to be unhappy with the host family I had. They only found out today that I got sent home last night, with only 1.5 hours to pack all of my stuff. Sadly, I was rushing so much that I didn't manage to pack my Tokio Hotel towel and I'm worried the family won't send it back, along with my back ordered version of the premium edition of Tokio Hotel's new single Automatisch. Anyway, enough about that, this week I am really excited to say, that I am going to be meeting the ex manager of Oasis!!!!! Cool yeah?! I thought so too!!! It was initionally meant to be today that I was seeing him, but I think he's got caught up in things, so it'll be when he's free this week :D I'm so excited for it! From what I've heard from him already, Oasis (although the brothers don't speak) are really easy to work with, it's just such a shame they're no longer a band :( Can't say I've ever been the biggest fan of them, but I do like quite alot of their songs, and as common as it may be, Wonderwall is my favourite song.
Hallo leute! I challenged myself to a little adventure today, trying to find Tokio Hotel's new single in stores. It only came out yesterday but it's already sold out everywhere I looked, until I got to the last music shop, where, thankfully, they had it and I bought the last copy! Mohaha! They didn't have any of the Premium versions left in stock, sadly, but I've put it on order for myself, and as soon as it comes into the store, which they said should be sometime next week, so I'll go to Bonn again to collect that then ;) Today has been so warm, and I felt like I was melting as I walked around the shops, seriously was gagging for a nice cool breeze lol.. I had a little wait first in Königswinter on the way back 'home' and so I thought I'd spoil you all with a few pictures ;) haha. Oh yes! Hayley Williams from Paramore. As much as I find the skirt a little strange, it absoloutely fits with what she's wearing on the rest of her body. I've always been a fan and after I previously said that Katy Perry wore the best outfit on the red carpet, I must say, that I think Hayley wore the second best outfit there on that night. She's looking absoloutely beautiful these days. One of my musical idols :D
I have so many songs that are swimming around my head this week, that I'm pretty much addicted too and can't stop humming to them as I walk my host girl to and from school. Most of them I've only heard since I got here in Germany and the others are just what have grown on me, because I've finally had a chance to listen to them properly without being so unbelievably stressed about my move to another country. I know, I know, I'm posting about magazines today, but I haven't really got anything else to blog about from today, other that the fact I now have a couple of posters in my room because I put them up now, after finally buying something to put them up with. I also found out where McDonalds is and it's within walking distant HORRAY!
First of all, I'm not one of the biggest Katy Perry fans in the world, but don't get me wrong, I don't mind her music, I actually own her album 'One Of The Boys' but this year at the MTV Video Music Awards, she definitely wore by far the hottest dress! I totally want to own it! I don't know who designed it, I haven't bothered to find out yet, but damn, she just looks amazing in it. I NEED the dress!!
Yo yo yo! What's up? ;) First of all, R.I.P to Patrick Swayze, what a shock, I personally didn't even realise he had cancer.. My bad. Not having one of the greatest days today, I couldn't sleep much last night and I don't know why, I just couldn't get tired and now I'm not feeling great from it.. Typical eh? It's the begining of my second week in Germany now, surprising how quick a week can actually go. Today, me, my host mother and L, went to the Sea Life Center in Königswinter, which is around about a 10 minute drive from where we are. At the end of this month (September) I think that I am going to be begining a German course, so I'm hoping to meet some people there, though I don't know what age group it will be.. Hm.. I noticed one thing today, and that is that the Sea Life center is British, we have one where I live back in the UK and it's a fair bit better than the one we visited today, but I still took a few pictures and tried not to let my skin crawl as we passed the Jellyfish section and Octopus section. Hideous creatures! I also have a stamp of a Shark on my hand and it's going to be hell to get off. Do they make the stamps purposely like that or something? Might stamp it on my forehead next time :P (Lobster just for Liz :D) Don't you just love taking pictures of fish? Haha, I'm totally kidding. Tonight, I am doing absoloutely nothing at all. Schlag den Raab is on TV right now as I blog and I have been waiting for it all week, purely because Tokio Hotel are set to perform their new single(?) on it. It could be a long night though, from what I've been told, I could be sat here on my bed until about 2am before the whole thing it over.. Luckily it's Sunday tomorrow and I don't have to wake up early hey? ;-) I'm looking forward to Tokio Hotel's performance!
Yeah yeah, once again I've bought another magazine, it's Vogue, but it's the edition that celebrates 30 years, so why not get it? It has Bill looking ridiculous in it too (okay only the hat looks ridiculous). To my surprise, when I picked it up in the store, it weighed a frickin' tonne and gave my hand cramp when walking back 'home'. It's like a book! So big.
All I've done so far today is walk back and forth from town, but the new Bravo came out today and surprise, surprise, the guys are in it again and also Popcorn with posters :D I am a happy bunny. I'm torn about what to do on Saturday... I have a chance to go into Köln and see Tokio Hotel as they're going to be at Schlag den Raab, such a hard decision as I don't really know the buses and trains very well just yet, but it'd be great to meet Linda and maybe Jeanette if she goes too! Boring post, I'm sorry, but other than playing with L at the park and collecting E from school and walking back and forth to the shops, I've not done alot, except watching MTV and learning a bit of German haha.
I must admit, I definitely planned my year to Germany at the right time. I'm seeing Tokio Hotel on TV alot, they're back in the magazines and I'm going to be able to buy their new single and album in an actual store, instead of ordering online. Makes me a very happy bunny! :D This morning, I went to the park with L to keep him entertained for 2 hours and we also collected S and C from school. Now I just wait to go and collect E! I even practiced my German in the local store today, via buying Bravo and TOTP, which both have TH in, along with getting Gummi Bears! Now I just have to figure out the bus service so I can pop into Köln and get some shoes...
I mentioned in my last post, that I took some photos of my bedroom that I now have, living with my host family, here in Germany. My laptop still hasn't got the wireless code sorted, so the internet guy has been called to let us know what it is, as the family seem to not know :S and it's a rooter, so I haven't got much idea either, with it all being in German too haha. I'm here! I've finally got to Germany, the wireless isnt working just yet, so I'm using the families computer for the time being, hopefully will have it soon so I can keep up to date with everyone! It was about a 2 hour drive from the airport to my host home last night, but we went on the Autobahn :D So fun! Dinner is served soon and I have some pictures of my room that I want to upload but I can't until I have the wireless code to get the net on my laptop working. Germany Vs South Africa is happening tonight so I know the boys are going to be watching that, I might sit in my epic room and continue watching MTV and stuff though mohaha. I keep seeing Tokio Hotel All Eyes On with MTV on my tele, I love it, I never ever saw them on my tele back in the UK, so this is a nice change haha. I'm really cold right now though, so I'm gonna go and put a hoody on and then hopefully after dinner, I will come back online to speak with some of my friends and stuff, need to catch up! Tomorrow night I will be in Germany. Tonight is my last night in the UK until christmas time I think, that is, if I definitely come home for christmas. I'm excited to go tomorrow afternoon, but I'm shit nervous too, because I've never met this family before in my life. I'm actually going to miss my dog alot, even though he is one of the most annoying things that walks this planet :P Currently packing my things, though the rest will get done in the morning no doubt. I hate packing, I always feel like I've forgotten something, I forgot half of my socks when I went to France.. Great right? Last night, Bee came and stayed over my place, seeing as we aren't going to see each other until November, if things go as planned, but if they don't, then it'll be like either until christmas/new year that I don't see her, or a whole year :O I got my nipple pierced yesterday when I was in town and to be honest, I still think that ear piercings hurt more than any other one that I've had, and I've previously had a lip piercing and tongue piercing. Gosh I hate packing, I literately cannot decide what to take with me :-/ Anyway, me and Bee had a teeny drinking session last night, nice cheap alcohol from Morrisons! Can't go wrong :-P Was sad to say bye to her today if I must be honest.. One of my best friends and it was sad to say bye to Becki on Monday too :-( Oh we look a mess haha! Anyway, will blog from my phone tomorrow no doubt and maybe when I arrive there, but we'll see. Will miss all of my friends SO SO much, you know who you are, the UK Street Team too! Love you guys! Happy Birthday to the Kaulitz twins! Bill and Tom are no longer teenages, both are now 20 years old.. I remember them both aged 17. It's kinda weird, but hey, they're still only 2 years older than me, perfect ;-) Hope they have a fantastic day, such a pitty that they can't see this though!
